How to control subscription when payment failed In the app setting, you can control the times of billing attempts for the failed payment. ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021070310152101.png) "Retry attempts" is the number of times to retry the billing attempt. For example, "3 attempts" mean when the billing attempt failed, the app will retry 3 times in total. Each failed retry will also display on the payment history. If it successes within the 3 times, the app will stop retrying and the status of order will change to "Paid". "Day before retrying" indicates the number of days between each retry. For example, "1 day" means after the first failed payment, the next billing attempt will process after 1 day. If all the retry attempts are failed, the subscription will be cancelled automatically, and can never be resumed.
