How do shopify customers manage their subscriptions Customers can manage their subscription on the customer portal. There are two ways that allow customers to enter the subscription list. **Method 1** Our app integrate with Shopify checkout and there is a "Manage your subscription" link shown on the Thank you page. ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021062597100495.png) **Method 2** After install the customer portal on the theme, there is a link "Subscription" next to "Log out". ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021062599491024.png) On the subscription list page, it shows all the subscription plans that the customer purchased. ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021062556544948.png) Customers can click the subscription order that they want to check. Then it shows the detailed information of that plan, including the creation info, products, history billing attempt and customer details. ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021062556519957.png) On this page, customers can edit the shipping address and payment method. To update the payment method, click "Edit" and then customer will receive an email from Shopify named "Edit your payment details" with a link to change the payment method. ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021062556505149.png) There are also three buttons allowing customer to change the status of the subscription, "Pause", "Cancel" and "Skip next order". ![logo](https://localiseradmintest.uppercommerce.com/uploads/subHelpDocument/2021062510253491.png) **Pause**: after change the status to "Pause", the button will switch to "Resume" to let customer resume the plan anytime. **Cancel**: if the plan has been cancelled, it cannot be resume never. **Skip next order**: this button allow customer to skip the next order. After click this button, the date of next order will be automatically calculated to skip one billing cycle based on the interval of the plan.
